Chapter 3 of Ejaculation Trainer is all about arousal and arousal control – and as Matt states it’s not about shunning arousal but allowing yourself to go through the arousal/pleasure process more slowly. Chapter 4 is about mental control and it’s very much concentrated on the attitudes and mindset that you take into the bedroom
The Perineal muscles section is a detailed look at the sex muscles (or those muscles that are involved in the ejaculatory process) and the exercises you can do to train those muscles to last longer.
The Mastrurbation chapter is all about the correct way to use masturbation as a tool to help controlling PE.
And that brings us to a chapter which I was very surprised to find in the course which is the lowering her threshold section.
And this chapter is all about advice and techniques for making your partner come more quickly – the idea being that if you can get your partner to come more quickly then you needn’t worry so much about whole long you need to last.
